As a 10-year veteran of security system installation, I'm aware of how busy most corporate tech support divisions can be. Ademco's support can be buys. Lenel Systems Int'l requires Master-level certification to talk to their techs.

We want to be your self-help resource. As such, we are going to offer programs and utilities to unlock databases for access control software, configure ethernet devices from Lantronix, and information to better configure the systems you're entrusted to install.

Security Systems Integration Support is a free service. If you need help, post in the forum, or email our support staff ( support@ssisupport.com). For free, in our spare time, we'll do our best to help. When the solution is found, simply come back here to look at the solution in the future. Also, you can find others' solutions for their own problems.

Many people have visited the great Wikipedia. SSIS is a wiki, using the same great software Wikipedia uses, that is completely community developed. Not everyone has a lot of experience or expertise in all software and hardware systems. I, for example, know very little about AMAG access control systems. However, I am Master certified with Lenel.
